Chapter: Sigma Psi, the only local sorority still left at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH (we are looking to go national, though, but there is a strong resistence)
Initiated: April, 2001
Graduated: May, 2002
Currently living in: Columbus, OH
Active alum?: I used to be - I was active in the alumnae corp my first year of grad school (I was a co-alum liason, and I had a room in the house to store some of my stuff), but I got too busy and completley drifted away. One of my best friends is the treasurer of the alumnae corp and I am friends with a lot of the officers, and I wish I could be more active, but I am in law school 2.5 hours away, and it is very hard for me to get back. Also, I support our going national because I think it would help us in recruitment, but many of the other alums are adimately against it, so I have kind of distanced myself because of that issue.
I am not sure if any other Sigs are on LJ; we are a very small group. :)

Delta Zeta Girl
I just stumbled across this community and thought I'd check it out. I'm an alumna of Delta Zeta Omega Chapter (University of Oregon).
Since college, I have completed a M.A. degree at Gallaudet (which I learned about through Delta Zeta) and moved back to Oregon to work. Y'all can read my userinfo for more about me.
I am not an active alum at the moment though I have been in the past. I still keep in touch with some of my sorority sisters from U of Oregon and from the Portland (OR) alumnae group. I've been living out of the Portland area for awhile now and have trouble getting to gatherings due to other commitments. Current Mood: chipper

Happy Founders' Day, Alpha Phi!
Happy Founders' Day to my fellow Alpha Phis!
133 years and still going strong.
Congratulations to our sisters, chapters, and fraternity on this special day. May we all remember the values and ideals that Alpha Phi was founded upon and strive to live up to the qualities our founders found in each other back in 1872. Thank you for all the friendships and opportunities you have given us.
Love in A.O.E.,
Alumnae of Epsilon Iota chapter

Currently living in: Round Rock, TX (10 minutes north of Austin) with my college sweetheart/new husband who was an Alpha Tau Omega that I met at a DG/ATO Mixer :)
Active alum?: I joined the San Marcos and Austin alum groups. Last Thurs the Austin Alum had a pot luck dinner, but I was ill and unable to attend. Luckily, next Monday they are having an Alum/New Member mixer at the University of Texas Dee Gee house which I plan on attending. So my answer is, Yes! Hey everyone! Hope you all had a nice labour day weekend.
So, I'm thinking of seeing if there's any interest for an alumnae panhellenic in my area. i already contacted npc and got their guide.
But, are any of you involved in an Alum panhellenic? do you enjoy it? what type of activities do you do? Any other input?
i'd love to hear your stories!
